Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum 2025 Technology, Talent & Transformation

In partnership with the Diversity Institute and the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub (WEKH), the City of Toronto’s Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum (WEF) is a dynamic, in-person event designed to inspire, educate, and connect women entrepreneurs at all stages of their business journey. This interactive forum offers a unique opportunity to enhance entrepreneurial skills, share valuable experiences, and build meaningful connections in a supportive and empowering environment.

The focus for 2025: Technology, Talent & Transformation.

This year’s forum will explore how women entrepreneurs can leverage emerging technologies, tap into high-growth sectors, and refine their digital capabilities to drive business success. Key areas of focus include:

• Adopting new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to streamline operations and unlock new opportunities.
• Exploring innovative industries, including Femtech and other sectors with significant growth potential.
• Enhancing digital skills to stay competitive in an evolving business landscape, regardless of industry.

This forum will feature thought-provoking discussions, hands-on workshops, and interactive networking sessions to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive.

Access to Resources & Business Support

Attendees will also gain firsthand knowledge of business support programs, funding opportunities, and mentorship resources available through:

• The City of Toronto’s Small Business Enterprise Centre, which provides coaching, training, and business advisory services.
• Various government programs, non-profits, and community organizations dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs.
• A mini-tradeshow showcase featuring business service providers tailored to the needs of women-led enterprises.

Networking & Additional Event Details

The event will include dedicated networking opportunities to foster new collaborations, exchange ideas, and connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and industry experts. Light refreshments will be provided during networking breaks.
